This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use the ProjXplorer website (projxplorer.com) and the ProjXplorer mobile application (together, the "Service").

Your personal data is collected electronically: directly from you through the registration forms and data entry screens on our website and mobile app, and automatically through server logs and cookies.
We process this data on the following legal bases: the performance of a contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, our legitimate interests (provided they do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms), and your consent where required, such as for sending newsletters.

Your account and financial data are stored on servers located in Turkey. For welcome and informational emails sent through Brevo, your email address and name may be processed on servers in the European Union. Usage data collected by Google Analytics may be processed on Google's servers outside Turkey. These transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your account and all associated data, including your email address, are deleted immediately and irreversibly.
Deleting only your data: You can delete all the financial data you have entered, including snapshots, without closing your account. After this, your account remains open and you can start using the Service from scratch.

If you cannot access your account: Send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" from your registered email address to projxplorer@gmail.com. Your request will be completed within 30 days at the latest, after your identity has been verified.
Deletions cannot be undone.
Transactional emails such as account verification and password reset are necessary for the Service to function and are sent as long as your account is active. You can unsubscribe from informational emails and newsletters at any time using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email.
Our website uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, as well as analytics cookies used by Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Service may not work properly if you do.
We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encrypting connections with SSL/TLS, storing passwords in hashed form, and restricting access to our servers. However, please note that no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
