Deleting Your Account

When you delete your account, your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.

From the mobile app:

1. Open the ProjXplorer app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings by clicking on your name at the left top corner.
3. Tap Delete My Account.
4. Enter your password to confirm.

From the website:

1. Sign in at projxplorer.com.
2. Go to the Settings page.
3. Click Delete My Account.
4. Enter your password to confirm.

If You Cannot Access Your Account

If you have forgotten your password, you can first reset it using the Forgot Password link on the sign-in screen.

If you cannot access your account at all, send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" from your registered email address to projxplorer@gmail.com. For your security, only requests sent from the email address registered to the account will be processed. Your request will be completed within 30 days at the latest, after your identity has been verified, and you will be notified.

Data That Is Deleted

When you delete your account, all of the following data is deleted:

• Your account information (name, email address, password)
• All financial data you have entered (portfolio, income, expense, asset, savings, and passive income information)
• All your snapshots and calculated indicators
• Your record in our email lists

No personal data is retained after your account is deleted.

Deleting Only Your Data

You can delete all the financial data and snapshots you have entered without closing your account. After this, your account remains open and you can start using ProjXplorer from scratch.

• In the mobile app and on the website: Settings → Delete My Data

This action also cannot be undone.
